In the first month's discovery calls, we'll take a serious look at your habits and lifestyle along with your short-, medium-, and long-term goals. Based upon that we'll put together a stack and schedule of daily, weekly, and monthly habits to get you to where you want to be.
Then you'll use a habit-tracking app for the duration of the program, our team will monitor your progress and consistency. If you need quick daily calls or text messages, we'll be there (expect them if you fall off the wagon with one of your important habits!)
Then we'll do weekly or monthly calls touching base to see how you are doing and make any needed adjustments to your habit stack.
