What does Anakainōsis mean? +
A renewal, renovation, complete change for the better, is a Greek word, that also gets translated often as transformation, as it is in my favorite verse of the Bible, Romans 12:2
Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
Why is this my favorite verse of the Bible as a self-growth-obsessed Biohacker...
This verse calls us to think for ourselves, exercise our free will, defy the status quo of our time (as Christ did), and embrace the continual renewal and renovation - Anakainōsis - of our minds.
And the second sentence of the verse is where it gets really interesting, I looked at a bunch of different translations and I believe it suggests that we find God's plan for our life not by listening to religious authorities, reading old books, or following dogma but by practicing our free will and thus reigniting that spark of divinity within us. It's one of the verses of the Bible that really sets the Christian faith apart, where we see God not demanding our acquiescence to a bunch of silly rules but asking us to discover His will by thinking for ourselves, and courageously charting our own course in life, while engaging in the renewal of our minds. It's a verse that challenges some of the dogmatic ideas of religion that should resound powerfully for those of us into personal growth!
Is this a Christian program? +
The program seeks to be a manifestation of Romans 12:2, but it is informed by a variety of traditions and spiritual paths. It's for people of all faiths (or none).
The program's scope covers a lot of different potential areas - is there a focus? +
The focus will be, I believe for most clients, on the Biohacking and the health stuff. This has been my obsessive area of study, self-experimentation, and coaching for the past 12 years. It can absolutely be customized, our pre-program consultation call will explore this. And it will only include what's of service to you. For example, Life Purpose Discovery can be hugely helpful to some but I imagine that a lot of the kinds of people who can afford this program have already figured out exactly what their life purpose is!
How does the personal accountability coaching work? +
In the first month's discovery calls, we'll take a serious look at your habits and lifestyle along with your short-, medium-, and long-term goals. Based upon that we'll put together a stack and schedule of daily, weekly, and monthly habits to get you to where you want to be.
Then you'll use a habit-tracking app for the duration of the program, I think that the best is Coach.me. Then our team will monitor your progress and consistency with this app. If you need quick daily calls or text messages, we'll be there (expect them if you fall off the wagon with one of your important habits!)
Then we'll do weekly or monthly calls touching base to see how you are doing and make any needed adjustments to your habit stack.
What is the total cost of the full program? +
The total cost for the program is in the low 5-figure range, there is a 6-month/6-payment plan in the four-figure range, and there are multi-year financing options in the monthly car payment range. About the 6-month payment plan and financing options? +
The monthly payments will be 1/6th of the total program cost. The first month's payment is due to start the program OR reserve your spot on the waitlist. After that, you'll receive invoices on the first day of the month for the subsequent payments.
Why isn't the full upfront payment option discounted from the 6-month payment program?
Typically, monthly payment plans for coaching programs end up costing 10%-30% more than the upfront payment option. This is usually just a marketing thing to get more customers to press the "Buy Now" buttons.
This program is different, I can only work with one client at a time for 6-months. Also, given the cost of this program, a 10%-30% premium would be a significant amount that would not add any extra value for the client.

How much of the program can be done in person? +
The initial four discovery conversions can be had in person. This would be a thing where I could fly out to see you and hang out with you for like a week OR you could come to visit me in Bulgaria, which is a very underrated place, and we could do a bunch of cool Biohacking things together!
What kind of time commitment is the program? +

I've already gotten my genotyping done - can you use the analysis I've received? +
Perhaps, but not all genotyping services are equal. Many services skimp on crucial gene variant analysis that might reveal a rare condition that you're predisposed to.
While we welcome any self-quantification reports and testing you've had done previously to inform our health coaching, in all likelihood, we'll ask you to get your whole genome sequencing done again with our partner, Sequencing.com (which is included with the price of the Anakainōsis program).

My second book was a dating and relationships guide for men. In it, I detailed how single men in modernity can find and seduce the enduring affections and commitment of a virtuous woman. My loving wife of 5-years helped me write the book, actually.

Zero occurrences of negative side effects? Really? In the scientific literature, yes. Researchers are quite careful about documenting the negative side effects of what they are studying, just look up Kratom or Phenibut on Pubmed. For the ingredients of Caballo, in the scientific literature, we find statements like this:
Their unique feature is that they exert distinct effects on memory, but show hardly any biochemical activity and are practically devoid of toxic effects. From a Swiss paper.
Piracetam has NO LD50. An LD50 is the amount of a substance that it takes to kill a rat, you don't need to give a rat much caffeine or amphetamine before it suffers cardiac failure and drops dead but no amount of Piracetam was sufficient to kill a rat.*Gouliaev, A. & Senning, A, (1994) “Piracetam and other structurally related nootropics” Brain Res Rev 19, 180-222.
Two ingredients in the Red Pill formula, Pramiracetam and Noopept are derivatives of Piracetam. Piracetam was used as a control in 149 human subjects in a 20-year population study published in the antiaging journal PLOS One, there were zero occurrences of significant negative side effects documented in the study. Interestingly the study found that over two decades the Ginkgo biloba extract was actually slightly better at preventing cognitive decline than Piracetam but it's nonetheless another strong piece of evidence for the safety of Piracetam.
A Danish review out of Aarhus University analyzed over 400 scientific references of Racetams, from its abstract:
Nearly three decades have now passed since the discovery of the piracetam-like nootropics, compounds which exhibit cognition-enhancing properties... The racetams possess a very low toxicity and lack serious side effects."
If you scour Reddit and the Biohacker forums you will occasionally find an anecdotal case of someone who got a headache after doing too many racetams, or brain fog after taking too much Alpha-GPC or mania as a result of combing Nootropics with too much coffee. However, accounts of truly negative side effects, which abound for say SSRIs or ADHD meds, are virtually impossible to find online for any of the ingredients of Caballo.
The one side effect you should be aware of is that it will potentiate alcohol because Piracetam is a vasodilation agent; more blood is delivered to the brain. So if you consume alcohol within 4-6 hours of taking the Black Pill you can expect to get more intoxicated.
One of the things that's funny to me is how skeptical and paranoid people are about the side effects of supplements, yet a couple of times a week (or a day!) they shovel poison into their bodies in the form of processed GMO food. If you eat food of unknown origin from time to time you are taking a significantly greater risk than you are by trying a purity-verified Nootropic.
Those who (after watching maybe too much science fiction) are wary of smart drugs should know that the industry is relatively small and practically open-sourced compared to the pharmaceutical, weight loss, or workout supplement industries. It's a much more democratic industry; there are no deeply entrenched interests protected by billion-dollar, patented formulas or lobbyists. It's largely an industry driven by social media and individual Biohackers sharing what works for them.
